In 2023 we created a free Open University OpenLearn course called Young Children, the Outdoors and Nature, based upon the findings from some of our earlier research about babies and toddlers outdoors.
It is aimed at anyone who is interested in babies and toddlers outdoors and is free to complete. It is intended that it will take about 24 hours to complete and is broken down into eight sessions. Upon completion learners can download a statement of participation.
You can access the free course via the OpenLearn website. You don’t need to create an account to access the content, but do have to create an account if you want to receive a statement of participation after completion.
